MexPresso was born from a military family's dream. After seven years of proud U.S. Army service — from Washington to deployments overseas — founder Eli and his wife saved up, hung up their uniforms, and set out to build something of their own. She brought the coffee expertise; he was already the go-to energy drink guy among friends. When they noticed Utah lacked the drive-thru drink culture they loved in the Pacific Northwest, the spark was lit.

The flame grew when Eli's mother, Reyna Soto, brought her lifelong dream of serving authentic Mexican snacks to the table. After countless late-night brainstorming sessions with family, three ideas became one unified brand — coffee, energy, and Mexican street food — all from a single trailer. MexPresso launched at its first event on July 12, 2025, and the community response was immediate.

Today, every cup we pour and every snack we serve carries a piece of our family's journey — from military life overseas to our kitchen here in Utah. We're passionate about quality drinks, delicious bites, and treating every customer like family.
